Today, the Philadelphia Eagles addressed their weak spot on offense by trading guard Dennis Kelly to the Tennessee Titans for Dorian Green-Beckham, announced by both teams.
Now, the young talented receiver was a second-round pick last year (40th overall) and it seems that the new regime are not to thrilled about Green-Beckham. They might not like his history of off-field issues, which last season he was staying out of the papers. His work ethic has been in question since arriving in the NFL though.
In addition to this move, maybe the Titans feel that they have a great depth of wide receivers and that they needed more depth on the offensive line by picking up versatile tackle or guard Dennis Kelly.
Furthermore, if the Eagles can get the best from Green-Beckham, then they have a true number one receiver in the making with Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor alongside him, which that can be a nice trio.
Finally, the 23-year-old stud caught 32 passes and led the Titans’ wide outs with 594 yards and four touchdowns.
